I make a fantastic euchre partner.

My co-drum major and I rule our band with an iron fist (or fists, as that would be grammatically and anatomically correct). Be forewarned, and very afraid.

Chinese food is God's gift to my tastebuds.

Life as of late.

  • Listening to: Various TV theme songs; my dad is making me guess.
  • Reading: Too many college letters.
  • Watching: Catching up on House, getting into Royal Pains.
  • Playing: Too much Tap Tap Revenge for my own good.
  • Eating: Chips and salsa.
  • Drinking: Juicy Juice.
So. School's been out a week, and I'm already bored out of my mind. Got a letter from Harvard the other day, and I've pretty much decided I don't want to go there. Trust-fund babies... I'm thinking MIT, if I can get in. U of M is gonna be my safety school, as awful as that sounds. :D

Working on my drum major backbend (where they touch their plumes to the ground)... not going so well. I can get about halfway at this point, but I still have the rest of summer. And I recently found out that I get a cape with the brand new uniforms. Psyched.

My mom is letting me do my own outside senior pictures. Heading up to Tawas in July; we checked out most of the photographers up there, but she said that she'd rather I just edit them and stuff. I'm touched. :D

The photo lady at Wal-Mart made me a sign some waiver about copyright laws... She didn't believe me when I said that I made the 8x10 I got printed myself. I'm glad I've advanced to that level of artistic mastery.

Volleyball season (the real one) is in full swing. Looking forward to a decent year, I guess.
